NMT Materials PBT-ALW Standard series
USCON® NMT PBT-ALW Standard Series materials, based on PBT resin modification, have excellent comprehensive properties, excellent acid and alkali resistance, good adhesion, environmental protection, low halogen, rich color. LCG30ALW has excellent fluidity. LCG40ALW has similar shrinkage rate to PPS. It is suitable for mobile phones, laptops and all kinds of metal-plastic bonded products.
NMT PPS BHF Series _20 Glass Fiber (GF)
USCON® NMT PPS plastics:
Polyphenylenes ulphide, specific gravity: 1.36 g/cubic centimeter, forming shrinkage: 0.7%, forming temperature: 300-330 C. It is a special thermoplastic engineering plastics with excellent comprehensive properties. Its outstanding characteristics are high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and excellent mechanical properties. PPS is a sulfur-containing aromatic polymer. Linear PPS crosslinks above 350 C to form thermosetting plastics. Branched-chain PPS is thermoplastic.
NMT PPS BHF Series _35 Glass Fiber (GF)
USCON® PPS-LCG35BHF is a compound based on PPS - Branched resin containing 35% Glass Fiber. High flow, high impact. Chlorine content less than 900PPM. Suitable for mobile phone, tablet PC, Auto and other consumer products. Available in limited colors.
