Colour Masterbatch
Korea Chemical Ind.'s Color Masterbatch Series has high pigment content, bright color and good brightness. It has excellent melt mixing dispersion and thermal stability, and has high mechanical strength retention rate.
White Masterbatch Series
Brief Introduction: White Master Series is a high-grade special color masterbatch for blowing film made by Korean chemical Ind. with imported high-quality rutile titanium dioxide, dispersant, lubricant and other advanced processes.
Black Masterbatch Series
Black masterbatch is a kind of color masterbatch, but its status is somewhat different from other color masterbatches. Black masterbatch is one of the most commonly used color masterbatches in plastic processing, and also the largest amount of color masterbatch. Black masterbatch is a plastic colouring agent which is well dispersed by high proportion of pigments or additives and thermoplastic resins. The selected resin has good wetting and dispersing effect on the colouring agent, and has good compatibility with the coloured material, that is: pigments + carriers + additives = colour masterbatch.

The mimetic marble/marble rhyolite masterbatch is also called mimetic marble, mimetic marble, rhyolite, marble and wood.
The principle is that two kinds of insoluble resins are extruded together. Because of the difference of melting point and viscosity, they cause uneven dispersion and produce stripes, which imitate marble pattern.

Blown film masterbatch is a new type of special colorant for polymer materials, also known as pigment preparation. It is composed of three basic elements: pigments or dyes, carriers and additives. It can be called pigment concentrate by uniformly loading supernormal pigments or dyes into resins, so its dyeing power is higher than that of the pigments themselves. It is an aggregate made by uniformly loading supernormal pigments into resins.
