2018/3/1大韩化工宣布，终止与原合资公司的合作关系。该合资工厂位于广州，主要为大韩化工中国地区生产高性能工程塑料。大韩化工集团总公司根据投资框架协议，于2016年成立该广州合资公司，由于遇到合资公司成立所在地区新颁布的法律限制及与公司发展战略不符，总公司原先设想以合资公司实施孵化投资策略将变得极为困难，经大韩化工集团公司董事会决定，终止与广州合资公司的合作，符合公司及股东的整体最佳利益。
